About Our Services

Kerala Packages provides travel-planning and booking assistance for Kerala holidays, including itinerary planning, hotel arrangements, private vehicle transfers, sightseeing, houseboat options and selected travel experiences.

Some services may be provided by third-party hotels, transport operators, houseboat operators, guides, activity providers or other travel suppliers. Their own operational terms may also apply.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on factors such as travel dates, hotel category, room occupancy, vehicle type, itinerary, season, availability and selected inclusions.

• A website price does not guarantee availability.
• A quotation may have a stated validity period.
• Prices may change before booking confirmation if supplier rates or availability change.
• Any applicable taxes, surcharges or additional fees will be stated where relevant in the final quotation.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by us.

Until confirmation is issued, hotels, vehicles, houseboats and other services remain subject to availability and may change.

Payments

Payment requirements, due dates and accepted payment methods will be stated in your quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

• A deposit may be required to secure hotels and other services.
• The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated in the booking confirmation.
• Failure to pay by the required date may result in cancellation or release of booked services.
• Bank charges, card fees or payment-processing fees may apply where relevant.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation and the policies of the hotels, transport providers, houseboat operators and other suppliers used in your booking.

Some bookings, peak-season reservations, promotional rates or special arrangements may be non-refundable or only partially refundable.

• Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
• Any refundable amount will be calculated after supplier cancellation charges and applicable fees are deducted.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier and payment method.

Changes to Confirmed Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, hotels, room categories, destinations, vehicles or other services after confirmation are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

If a confirmed supplier becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may offer a reasonable alternative of a similar category where possible.

Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel classifications and descriptions are based on information supplied by the accommodation provider and general market positioning. Actual facilities, room size, views, décor and service levels can vary.

• Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply unless otherwise confirmed.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may cost extra.
• Special requests such as adjoining rooms, views or bedding preferences cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Transport & Private Cab Services

Vehicle type is based on the number of travellers, luggage, itinerary and the vehicle category confirmed in your package.

Travel times shown in itineraries are estimates only. Road conditions, traffic, weather, local events, hill-road conditions and other factors may affect journey times.

Houseboats, Sightseeing & Activities

Houseboats, wildlife activities, cultural shows, Ayurveda experiences, boating and other activities may depend on weather, local operating conditions, permits, government regulations and supplier availability.

Where an activity is not included in the package price, it will be treated as an optional extra and paid separately unless otherwise stated.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, travel documents and any permits required for their journey.

• Provide accurate passenger names and contact information.
• Inform us of important mobility, accessibility or dietary requirements before booking.
• Arrive on time for scheduled transfers and activities.
• Follow hotel, vehicle, houseboat and local safety rules.

Force Majeure & Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, landslides, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, civil disturbances or supplier shutdowns.

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternatives, but additional costs may be payable by the traveller.

Liability

We act as an organiser and booking facilitator for travel services supplied in whole or in part by independent third parties. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, service failures or losses caused solely by independent suppliers where such matters are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Website images, sample itineraries and destination descriptions are provided for general information and inspiration. Actual hotels, views, vehicles, experiences and conditions may differ from photographs or examples shown.

We may update package descriptions, prices and website content without prior notice.

Privacy & Personal Information

Information submitted through our enquiry forms may be used to respond to your request, prepare travel quotations, manage bookings and communicate with you about your trip.
